I purchased pre-painted galvanized roofing metal sheets, but the supplier delivered 58 damaged pieces, several with missing paint, and some that were shorter than the specified length. When I raised the issue, the supplier was uncooperative and unwilling to resolve the complaint. I placed the order through Trade Assurance, expecting protection, but received no support from Alibaba. This experience feels like a scam, and I’m extremely disappointed with the supplier's lack of responsibility.

Before delivery, Alibaba inspected our goods and uploaded photos of all the surfaces and dimensions. Our packaging also adopted standard export packaging. However, your freight forwarder caused damage to the goods during transportation, so you didn't go to the freight forwarder to compensate for your loss, but you asked us to compensate you. We will not agree to unfair terms!!

نصيحه مني للجميع تريد فقدان المال وكذلك فقدان الجوده تعامل مع هذا المورد

This is a complete slander. When I asked you about the grade of copper plates you needed, you didn't know. We could only try to quote you and send you samples. After testing the first batch of samples (samples + shipping costs, you paid $50 on Alibaba, and we lost money), you thought it was not hard enough. We sent you the second batch of samples for free. You were satisfied with the second batch of samples because the quality of the second batch was much better than that of the first batch. So we informed you of this and quoted you the price of the second batch of samples again. You got angry and asked us to use the price of the first batch of samples to complete the deal and send the same grade of goods as the second batch of samples. This is an unreasonable request and we don't accept it. Then you came here to slander us and discredit us, which made me feel unprecedentedly wronged.
